TASTING: Melon, pear.
TECHNICAL: The wheat in this Scandanavian-style vodka is called Oland Wheat, an heirloom varietal from Sweden, and grown within 10 miles of our distillery in Northern Colorado. It is fermented on-site, then distilled utilizing both pot and column distillation to maximize flavor. Annika Jones is then filtered through carbon and cut with Colorado spring water to 80 proof.
