TASTING: Citrus oil, dill, fresh cut cucumber, cacao.
TECHNICAL: The grains for the base of Juniper Jones come from a farm within 10 miles of our distillery. It is born through two separate distillations - one with its namesake juniper, and the second with a blend of coriander, orris root, lemongrass, dill, cucumber, and cacao nib (the cacao adds a depth and richness that produces a truly special Negroni). The two distillations are then blended and cut with Colorado spring water to a bold 97 proof.
